I received the tickets and all went well. I was worried reading the comments here by other users, but I received the electronic tickets around 4/5 days after purchase. The communication was ok, there was another intermediary involved in selling the tickets as well, but they always replied to my whatsapp messages and eventually all worked out. The whole process is not very transparent and the buyer doesn't seem to have many guarantees if something goes wrong, in my case was a successful "leap of faith". Don't know if i would recommend, but objectively my experience was positive.
