We bought 9 tickets for 2 families to watch a soccer game whilst we were on holidays in the UK no tickets were seated together and we had 4 kids under 9. I had tried repeatedly to get a refund and the company ignores my emails, what’s apps etc!!
Recommend to AVIOD this company unless you want to be scammed!!
I can only strongly warn anyone to buy from Seatsnet. Never experienced anything like this before. I ordered tickets months ahead for me and my son for an FC Barcelona match. We flew there and I kept on asking for the tickets. One day before the match I started to get nervous. But all the contact details they provided were dead. Phone numbers that didn't exist, emails without any reply. I thought I was scammed. Then I received a message that absolutely latest the morning of the match I will receive the tickets. Of course again nothing the next morning. My son was so disappointed that I got into action mode and bought new tickets through the official Barcelona website. 1.5h before the match they reached out that now I could have my tickets. Through a number that was nowhere registered. Of course they are not offering any reimbursement. The company is an absolute nightmare. There are so many good options out there. Just buy somewhere where you get the tickets when you pay. Seatsnet is the worst ticket seller I ever dealt with. Absolute no go. Save yourself the stress.

I booked 5 tickets on Seatsnet for England vs Ireland – Six Nations 2026 (21/02/26 13:10).
Total paid: €2,229.53 (Order #241785).
On 20/02/26 (the day before the match) I received an email saying the seller “could not provide the tickets”, my order was cancelled, and the money was refunded to a Seatsnet Wallet.
Seatsnet’s “solution” was to send me a link to rebook. The only comparable option for 5 seats together was €6,160.56 — nearly 3x what I originally paid. They offered me tickets at roughly triple the price, with no meaningful support and no compensation for the flights and accommodation already booked for a group of five.
This isn’t a minor inconvenience. It’s a last-minute failure to supply, followed by a shrug and a “pay more” link.
If you’re travelling for an event, do not rely on Seatsnet. The risk sits entirely with you.
I received the tickets and all went well. I was worried reading the comments here by other users, but I received the electronic tickets around 4/5 days after purchase. The communication was ok, there was another intermediary involved in selling the tickets as well, but they always replied to my whatsapp messages and eventually all worked out. The whole process is not very transparent and the buyer doesn't seem to have many guarantees if something goes wrong, in my case was a successful "leap of faith". Don't know if i would recommend, but objectively my experience was positive.
If I could give no stars I would. Purchased center front row tickets at Murrayfield for Rugby International. Was sent corner section row 26 tickets. A year later still fighting to get money back as tickets weren't used. "You may receive similar tickets or an up grade " is how they get away with it, but who decides what "similar tickets" are. Avoid this company.

How can I trust that a refund is forthcoming if the company conceals my account information and refuses to provide a transaction receipt? If this issue is not resolved promptly and my data is not restored, I will have no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my bank and report this to consumer protection authorities. I recommend avoiding this site if you value your money.
