I purchased suspenders online in July, and by November, one of the clips broke. I contacted the seller for a replacement clip, but they didn't have one. After some searching, I found another source and ordered several clips, which arrived in about a week, even during the holidays. They aren't an exact match for the original clip but are close enough to work, allowing me to fix my suspenders without needing to buy a new pair. It's great to save money!
Impressive selection of outdoor fabrics. Exceptional customer service and expertise regarding materials. I would love the chance to shop in-store again, even if it were just once a month. I tend to buy more fabric when I can see it in person. Waiting outside in the cold and rain to view small samples is not enjoyable at all. Once again, the staff are fantastic.
I appreciate the platform because I can order small amounts of webbing, trim, and attachments online and pick them up at the store without incurring high shipping costs. The ideal scenario would be to shop in-store to see, feel, and be inspired by the fabrics and notions. Please consider reopening for walk-in customers!
