Review Time
Just noticed that we have not received a refund for orders that were never received a few months ago.We are chasing this up. Once received we will update this review. Very unhappy as I chased the order and didnt receive a reply until I advised them to cancel it.
Wrong item delivered. No response from customer support. I ordered a 100cm Cloud Bed and the one which was delivered was only 70cm. I contacted the customer support by email straight away but after 5 days I have had absolutely no response from Fealty Paws. Not even an acknowledgment of my emails. They promise a reply within 24 hours - this is clearly not true. I am going to have to get my bank involved to try and get a refund. I really needed the bed for our two puppies and now don’t want to have to buy another bed until I get a refund for the one I bought which wasn’t cheap!
Beds had not arrived after 3 weeks so emailed them three times with no response. Beds then arrived without notice. Turns out there were issues with my email going to their spam and their tracking notifications not being sent to me to advise of delivery dates.Anyway, the beds are now here and the dogs are happy!
My Terrier loves this bed now it has arrivedthe bed was lumpy but with some rubbing the clumps broke down and it was and has been in constant use.my three stars are for the bed and how comfy it is the 2 star not given are for the poor customer service i had when there was an issue with delivery, It comes from Canada and still waiting for a email to say its been sent. ( had the bed for almost a week) poor support who joked it was probably a issue with the time difference Canada & UK! impressed with the product just not with the support if there is a problem, 7-10 days was more like 20 when Everi delivered.
UPDATE 10/6/22After contacting the company and sending photos of the inner cushioning of both the centre and the outer rim, they agreed that the product was not of satisfactory quality but expressed that they do have very occasional quality issues which are less that 1% of their sales and were very apologetic, they have since refunded me. Therefore, I have upped my star rating to a 3* from a 1* for their customer service only. Thank you Fealty Paws for doing the right thing.Received my cloud bed yesterday and was so disappointed. I am totally appalled by the quality of this product. Not only was it absolutely rammed into a very small polybag, once out of its wrapping, I expected the bed to fluff up. I was wrong, the centre pad was folded and after trying to make it flat and smooth it remained a clumpy mass of inadequate stuffing. I was expecting a nice comfortable pad of hollow fiber but what I got was a load of clumps that wouldn't separate, there's no way that my dog would be comfortable sleeping on this. The outer rim was also stuffed with the same stuffing which again was very sparse with huge gaps in areas. Not happy at all. I've contacted the company and I'm awaiting a reply. Not worth the £55 I paid, don't waste your money. I'll update this post once the company had replied. Hope you do the right thing fealtypaws and refund my money.
