I am extremely disappointed with the ticket and customer service experience related to the event I attended. I purchased tickets for a match through a platform, and the entire process was chaotic from beginning to end. The tickets were not provided on time, leaving us waiting in the rain for over an hour while we struggled to get assistance from customer support via messaging. When we finally obtained the tickets and entered the venue, our names were missing from the list, and we initially had no assigned seats at all. Our late arrival meant we missed most of the hospitality package we had paid for. While the staff at the venue were excellent and tried to assist us, the customer service from the platform was very lacking. This situation should have been avoided entirely. Please address this issue promptly — tickets need to be delivered on time, and customers should not have to wait in the rain, feeling stressed and uncertain about their entry.
