I wish I could rate lower than 1 star, particularly because of their customer support. I placed an order for shoes in November, which were supposed to arrive by December 4th. However, they never arrived, and the company has been unhelpful. I reached out via email and was advised to wait for the delivery. After a week, I followed up but received no response. I've now contacted them four times and created three separate tickets with no reply. It looks like I will have to file a chargeback with my bank since I never received my $175 shoes and can't get a hold of anyone.
