Very unhappy with customer support

I wish I could give this experience zero stars, particularly due to the customer support issues. I ordered shoes in November, expecting them by December 4th, but they never arrived. The company has been unhelpful throughout. I emailed them and was told to wait for delivery. After a week, I followed up but got no response. I've contacted them four times and opened three separate tickets, yet still no reply. It appears I will need to initiate a chargeback with my bank since I never received my $175 shoes and cannot reach anyone.

I wish I could rate lower than 1 star, particularly because of their customer support. I placed an order for shoes in November, which were supposed to arrive by December 4th. Caution: Potential Issues with Orders

Caution: It seems the company is struggling and trying to maximize cash flow before facing serious issues. I placed my order a month ago, and it still hasn't shipped. I emailed customer service, and they mentioned they were looking into it, but the response time is five days and there’s no option to speak with someone directly. There’s still no update on my order, and they mentioned the warehouse is looking into shipping a replacement, even though tracking shows my order never shipped.

Extremely disappointing experience

This has been an extremely disappointing experience. Their shoes fell apart within two weeks. I tried contacting them through their customer service email, but I never received a response.

Boots deteriorated quickly

I purchased boots for my husband just over a year ago. I have reached out to the company and have yet to hear back. For $170, the boots should not have fallen apart so soon. The rubber is coming off, and there are holes inside the boots, causing discomfort.

Absolutely love these shoes!

I have absolutely fallen in love with this shoe brand. Most of their styles perfectly blend the comfort of sneakers with casual shoes, especially the Hermosa model. These shoes are incredibly comfortable and provide excellent support.
