After emailing, I did receive the manual, but then noticed an additional charge of £24.90 on my credit card. When I reached out, they explained it was for a subscription. I insisted I only wanted the manual and had no knowledge of a subscription, requesting cancellation. They canceled it but refused a refund, claiming I agreed to the terms. I've had to go through a chargeback process with my credit card company. I've seen similar complaints from others. Based on my experience, this is a service that cannot be relied upon, and I would advise others to steer clear.
