I would give them a zero rating if possible. I accidentally signed up for a subscription while only needing a watch manual. I was charged £1.49 upfront, which wasn't indicated in the dropdown options. After reaching out, I finally got the manual, but later discovered a £24.90 charge on my credit card. When I contacted them, they said it was for a subscription. I explained my situation and asked to cancel it. They canceled but refused to refund me, stating I agreed to the terms. I've had to initiate a chargeback with my credit card provider. I’ve seen others with similar experiences. Based on mine, this service is unreliable, and I would recommend others avoid it.

This service feels like a scam

I wish I could rate them lower. I reached out to buy a manual for a washing machine, as they are no longer available for free online. Instead, I received a manual for a cooker, despite specifying the washing machine and model number. I had to halt everything with my bank’s fraud department and ended up canceling the 'subscription' after reading the fine print.

STEER CLEAR! I've been struggling for weeks to recover the money they owe me. They've refunded less than half of what they should. They claim to have sent the money, but it hasn't reached my bank. They insist the matter is closed, but for me, it is not. They promised a refund but failed to deliver. I plan to take legal action. Numerous complaints suggest their policies are not clear or fair. I initially contacted them in April 2024 for a manual costing £24.90 plus a test charge of £1.49, thinking it was a one-time fee. I ended up being charged £24.90 monthly until I canceled in July 2025, totaling £373.50. They admitted on a review site that their policies were unclear. Their customer service has been polite but ineffective, and I still haven’t received the full refund I am owed.

This service is not a legitimate business; they are simply dishonest. I requested a manual for a fridge freezer, paid £1.49, but received no manual despite their claims. Now, they are likely to start charging me regularly under the guise of a subscription. Why would I subscribe to a company that has already failed to deliver what I paid for? It’s frustrating that they operate in Dublin without any intervention from local authorities.

Complete fraud. I spent £1.49 for a manual that was supposed to be emailed to me, but I never received it (I checked my Spam folder, too). Instead, I started receiving ongoing 'subscription' charges on my credit card.
