I requested a manual in June @ £1.49. It didn't arrive, until I phoned to request it. But all well after that.BUT I happened to notice on my September credit card statement that I'd been charged £24.90 subscription, which I didn't want. I'd even stated clearly at the time, in June, I didn't want this. They emailed to say I'd not be charged any more. When I checked earlier card statements, I found I'd been charged in June, July and August the same amount! My fault for not checking. So I am now owed £100! Hope I can recover this.I'd give 0 stars if I could!
