Having downloaded a manual for £1.49 I thought that was the end of the matter. This extremely dubious company set you up in a trial period which expires and transfers into a monthly subscription of £24.90. I have notched up a total outgoing of £373.50, and they are refusing to refund any of it. Avoid!Follow up: The response below is their standard public reaction. See the same on other dissatisfied customers on here. Their private reply to me is very different. Firmly stating that the responsibility was mine and they are keeping the money they scammed from me. To use an old fashioned phrase: "avoid like the plague".
