I was charged £1.49 upfront, which wasn't indicated in the dropdown options. After reaching out, I finally got the manual, but later discovered a £24.90 charge on my credit card. When I contacted them, they said it was for a subscription. I explained my situation and asked to cancel it. They canceled but refused to refund me, stating I agreed to the terms. I've had to initiate a chargeback with my credit card provider. I’ve seen others with similar experiences. Based on mine, this service is unreliable, and I would recommend others avoid it.
