Very disappointing customer service. My medication wasn’t delivered despite me being home to receive it. There was no customer service support from the delivery service or the company. I received no response to my email after 14 days. There’s no support available on weekends. I have requested a refund but have heard nothing. They have taken my money, and while the app indicates when the next payment is due, I haven't received any service for the money already taken.
