This summer, I returned to the non-medicated Core Phase, which was much like my previous experience, and it helped me reinforce good habits. Highlights - If you're new to concepts like ultra-processed foods, meal planning, sleep best practices, or exercise tracking, this app could be useful. It's made to help you develop healthy habits. Drawbacks - The program isn't personalized; it uses a group-chat model, and coaches change frequently. The recipe section is a bit limited, but the insights from the Core Phase can help you make better choices when looking for recipes elsewhere. The Growth Phase mainly consists of reading articles that repeat the Core phase content. When I tried to cancel in September, I received a message stating: Your premium app subscription is canceled as requested. However, you still need to complete the remaining 6 payments of your 6-month subscription. These will be split into 6 payments of £39, and you will have full access to all premium app features until March 10, 2026. So, I'm paying over £230 for an app I no longer use. There are better meal planning and fitness tracking apps out there that provide better value, so stay informed!
