My overall experience with this service has been quite poor. They evidently do not adequately test their products, as confirmed by their support team, and they try to blame non-functioning appliances on delivery issues. I received a defective wall oven, and if I hadn't been persistently following up and arranging my own service call, nothing would have been addressed. They eventually sent a replacement but refused to cover installation costs, which should have been included in the warranty since they had to replace the faulty unit. Additionally, I was compelled to pay for both the removal of the broken oven and the installation of the new one, and they did not reimburse me for the original installation of the defective oven. Save yourself the hassle and consider other options.
