I received a defective wall oven, and if I hadn't been persistently following up and arranging my own service call, nothing would have been addressed. They eventually sent a replacement but refused to cover installation costs, which should have been included in the warranty since they had to replace the faulty unit. Additionally, I was compelled to pay for both the removal of the broken oven and the installation of the new one, and they did not reimburse me for the original installation of the defective oven. Save yourself the hassle and consider other options.
