Having previously attended other events, I had high expectations for this one, but I was quite disappointed. The charm of earlier shows was that you were immersed in the film from the start, interacting with actors and completing tasks, then sitting to enjoy the entire film. This time, the film was interrupted by the cast, and the actor portraying the lead didn't do justice to the character. There were too many screens and VIPs on stage, creating confusion about where to focus, and there was nowhere to sit. The venue felt overcrowded. The prices for food and drinks were excessive (£6 for a can of soda). In past experiences, phones were kept away, but this time, many attendees had their phones out, ruining the atmosphere. It's apparent that the service has changed hands and has lost its original charm.
