After attending three previous events, I left feeling extremely disappointed. There was no email directing us regarding character roles like in previous experiences. Upon entering, there was a lack of staff guidance, which caused confusion. The cast members were not in character, and the fairground lacked engagement with attendees. Many guests weren't in costume, which may reflect the lack of encouragement from the organizers. The VIP seats were comfortable but placed far from the stage, and only a portion of the film was shown, adding to the confusion. It felt like the service was more focused on profit than creating a magical experience. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
