Their customer service is slow and unhelpful, and they fail to resolve problems. Even after reaching out to higher management, there was no response. They evade accountability by not properly vetting the hotels they advertise, providing misleading information, and showcasing unrealistic images.
I reserved a superior room at a hotel, but the cleanliness was appalling. The bathroom had a foul odor, and there were hairs left in the sink, indicating it had not been cleaned properly.
