Avoid this platform for hotel bookings.

I cannot recommend this platform for booking hotels. If any issues arise during your stay, you will not receive assistance. Their customer service is slow and unhelpful, and they fail to resolve problems. Even after reaching out to higher management, there was no response. They evade accountability by not properly vetting the hotels they advertise, providing misleading information, and showcasing unrealistic images.
I reserved a superior room at a hotel, but the cleanliness was appalling. The bathroom had a foul odor, and there were hairs left in the sink, indicating it had not been cleaned properly. This hotel needs to be scrutinized for its hygiene standards. Additionally, the tap water had an unusual smell, raising major concerns. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
The room I received did not align with what was presented online. The bathroom was cramped, and the shower area was only 1.11 m², which was not disclosed in the description. Instead of addressing my concerns directly, as they were obligated to do, the platform chose to contact the hotel first, which is not the proper procedure.
Their staff lacks competence, and management is equally unresponsive and unwilling to take accountability. I strongly urge others to steer clear of this booking platform.

Fantastic deals with excellent locations. However, some details are a bit lacking in clarity - I recently booked a hotel that advertised parking included, but the confirmation indicated an extra charge of 29 euros per day, which is quite significant and I might have chosen a different option had I been aware.

An incredible getaway with great value

This hidden escape package including breakfast and dinner at a charming hotel was fantastic and offered outstanding value. The room was spacious and cozy, and the bathroom was the largest and brightest we've ever encountered. The staff were warm and welcoming. Both breakfast and dinner were delightful, and we would strongly recommend this experience.

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES - Misleading cancellation policy and poor customer service

I booked a deal that clearly stated "Cancellation available," but when I reached out to cancel, I was informed that cancellation was not an option and that I could only receive credit instead of a full refund. This company is clearly misleading; nowhere on their website during the booking process does it mention that they would provide credit. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

Cancellation due to medical issues

I booked a holiday for September 2025 but was diagnosed with a medical condition in November that requires urgent surgery, preventing me from traveling in January 2026. When I contacted customer support, they were completely unsympathetic. I was informed that I had to cancel online without any refunds. I did cancel online and received some money back, but the cancellation page offered no options for reasons. I won't use this service again.
