I've faced major challenges trying to return two items to this company. Their site leads you to a page for creating a return label, but the button is non-functional. I've sent them four emails with screenshots to highlight the issue. They offered another link and suggested I send the items back at my own cost, yet they didn't provide an address. This ongoing communication has been incredibly frustrating, and I now perceive them as quite untrustworthy. If I receive a satisfactory solution and the assistance I need to return the items, I will update my review.
