After sending four emails with evidence of the problem, they provided another link and suggested I send the items back at my own cost, but they didn't give me an address. This frustrating back-and-forth has led me to feel quite misled. I will update my review if I receive a satisfactory resolution and proper assistance for returning the items.

I ordered a top advertised as organic sea salt, but it arrived stained and clearly counterfeit, with the label improperly sewn and the bottom label cut out. I requested a refund without return shipping charges due to these issues, which they initially agreed to, but they still charged me. This is a terrible company; I would never purchase from them again.
I received a jumper with a hole in one sleeve. After contacting them, they offered me 25% off to keep it or a full refund for a return. I opted for the refund, but they emailed me stating they refunded £18.51 instead of the £26.45 I paid. Even accounting for a postage deduction, it still falls short. I've reached out to the company for clarification. This is not good customer service!

They reduced my refund from £17.45 to £9.51, which feels unfair.
