The quality was just fantastic - you can really feel the quality straight away.Delivery was quick and efficient, and the returns process was very, very good. I made an error in the online returns portal and messed things up a little, so the items I sent back didn’t quite match what I’d processed online. When I contacted Secret Linen, nothing was a problem at all. Everything was dealt with smoothly and super quickly and all the money was sorted out to the very penny.I’ve tried linen bedding from another shop to compare, and I genuinely found Secret Linen to be much higher quality. The fitted sheet in particular stood out for me - the elastic goes all the way around, unlike another company’s linen I sampled. The linen also feels heavier (with a superior GSM?) which really shows it feels to touch.Overall, beautiful linen, excellent customer service and a company that clearly cares about quality. Highly recommended.
