Not only are their bed linens the most comfortable sheets I've ever slept between, the customer service I received when there was a very small issue was instant, attentive and generous. This is how you build customer loyalty.
I bought a full set of bed linen a few months ago to replace my cotton sheets.From the start, there was an excessive amount of shedding from the sheets to the point of causing my bedroom to be covered in blue fluff. Following the care guide and the information about linen sheets provided on the website I stuck with them and am now on my 9th wash. It is usual for there to be some shedding on the first few washes but the shedding has if anything gotten more intense as time has gone on.There are so many fine fibres coming off of the fabric that it has caused me breathing issues due to build up in the lungs.I contacted support asking for any help on the issue as I see from reviews that a few other people have had similar issues, but I did not get any response at all.After doing a lot of research, the only explanation for this level of shedding is very poor quality fabric, which is certainly not what is advertised and does not align with the high price of the sheets.
I ordered 100% linen and chose a selection of different colours so I could decide which would work best in my bedroom. The quality was just fantastic - you can really feel the quality straight away.Delivery was quick and efficient, and the returns process was very, very good. I made an error in the online returns portal and messed things up a little, so the items I sent back didn’t quite match what I’d processed online. When I contacted Secret Linen, nothing was a problem at all. Everything was dealt with smoothly and super quickly and all the money was sorted out to the very penny.I’ve tried linen bedding from another shop to compare, and I genuinely found Secret Linen to be much higher quality. The fitted sheet in particular stood out for me - the elastic goes all the way around, unlike another company’s linen I sampled. The linen also feels heavier (with a superior GSM?) which really shows it feels to touch.Overall, beautiful linen, excellent customer service and a company that clearly cares about quality. Highly recommended.
Fast delivery and a good product.Very pleased with 600 thread count bedding. Product comes with a silky look but this reduces to a soft very slight sheen cotton look after washing. Irons really well and feels lovely from day one.Definitely recommend
First time ordering from this company but have heard a lot about them. I was having my spare bedroom redecorated with new carpets and was after a specific colour yellow throw. Vivienne looked perfect and when it arrived it was! Ordered whilst on offer which was a added bonus. Stunning design and quality.
