I ordered several items all came quite quickly which was good. I had to return an item as it was damaged and was charged £4. I returned this on the 21st February and still have not had my refund of £29.99 this is six weeks!!! I have contacted your customer services and sent several emails but still I have had no refund. So if you order from here it is fine but to try and get a refund or use customer services they are hopeless. cannot speak to anyone very frustrating.
