The 60 day return policy is also a bonus.

Very bad delivered a top and didn’t receive in December after 2 months days been delivered and didn’t well they put it in an open box we’re people walk past went a tshirt could of put in letter box . Didn’t get sent another ur money back will never use these again

I came across Secret Sales by chance one day on line. It took me a while of looking at everything they sold at much reduced prices to trust that it is a legitimate company, a couple of months at least. I finally decided to take a chance and placed an order. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and to be able to buy something I really wanted to buy for my daughter at such a reduced price was even better. I had found my latest shopping favourite and with time to get Xmas gifts for family , saving so much money at the same time !

Ordered a 200ml bottle of perfume and received a 75ml via a third party! Was stuck on chat for 1 hour and nothing raised a complaint they wasn’t bothered! Avoid they use 3rd party companies who’ll scam you
Update - messaged me asking for images of the item that was 5 days ago after that radio silence. Generic emails pretend to care AVOID THEM! They’ll quickly take your money and have zero customer service
shopping itself was lovely, lots of items across multiple retailers all in one place.
However be aware, if you do order from multiple retailers in one order, you have to pay £4 per retailer to send them back! utter rip off and will never order from them again.

Just be mindful that you need to pay for both the delivery and returns, which is a bit frustrating if something doesn’t fit or suit you.
Very poor quality. Wouldn't believe it because it's the first time i had such s poor quality product from secret sales. Asking for my refund now for over a week and till nothing.,even though the product return has been delivered.
Have brought a lot of great things for a fraction of the price. Have had a little trouble sending something back (don't send things back usually), but everything got sorted in the end and I was given a discount for my next purchase.
