I had a very poor experience with this company and found their pricing practices highly deceptive. After sending in my drive, I received an astronomical quote. When I declined, they immediately dropped the price by $1,000, which made it clear they were simply trying to see how much they could "milk" me for.Most concerning was the currency switch. Despite being located in Canada and never mentioning USD in previous emails or calls, they claimed the new quote was in US dollars only after I agreed to move forward. This lack of transparency is a huge red flag. Their prices are exploitative, and I no longer trust them with my sensitive data. Avoid at all costs.
