After my HDD containing 1.5+ TB worth of processed photography files failed, a quick search turned up Secure Data Recovery as a highly recommended recovery service. I was skeptical at first and assumed I would not be able to afford the services after the free diagnosis. I was pleased to be incorrect! My account representative, Chris McMacken, was highly responsive kept me apprised of the process. He even worked with me on the services I could afford. Since I did not pay for any expedited services, the entire process for my recovery took approximately 1 month from the date my failed HDD was received, including the time to it took to approve the invoices and ship a hard drive to them for the recovered files. I did have the option to buy a hard drive as part of my recovery to expedite the process, but I already have plenty of drives and was able to ship one to transfer the recovered files. All of my files were able to be recovered, and I am an extremely satisfied customer. Thanks Chris and Secure Data Recovery! I’m a hard customer to exceed expectations with, and Secure Data Recovery certainly did that. While data recovery is not cheap (due to the nature of the hardware and the clean environments needed), Secure Data Recovery was a great choice and will be used if needed in the future.
