Do not trust this fraud of a company. We were coming from the US for a dinner show and had an unexpected medical issue with a family member. The company stated we need a medical document of which we could not recieve due to US law involving HIPAA. But the company repeatedly tried to get us to follow illegal practices to recieve a refund.
