No transparency at all! The website to check the balance foesn't work - you can enter your card details and then an error accours every time - I tried it with multiple different securespend.com Visa and Mastercard cards!Also, there are holds on the card for weeks/months when you pay at a store. (It charges you 53$ instead of 48$ for example and the 5$ additional cost will be on hold for multiple weeks on your card). Costumer service has way too long waiting times and can sometimes be not very helpful, even though they are friendly.
