We reported a critical issue with our CCTV system on Thursday, yet a technician only arrived on Tuesday, which is completely unacceptable for a security-related concern. During the visit, we were informed that the DVR and two cameras needed replacement, and a report would be provided. However, we never received any report or follow-up, and the system remains non-functional. To make matters worse, despite the issue not being our fault, we later received a quotation for £2,341.98 for the replacement of the DVR and cameras, without any written explanation or justification. This situation is truly unbelievable. The lack of urgency, transparency, and accountability from a company in the security sector is very concerning. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this service.
