Unacceptable Response Time for Security Issue

We reported a critical issue with our CCTV system on Thursday, but a technician did not arrive until Tuesday, which is completely unacceptable for a security issue. During the technician's visit, we were informed that the DVR and two cameras needed replacement, and a report would be sent. However, no report or follow-up was ever received, and the system is still not functioning. To make matters worse, although the issue was not our fault, we later received a quote for £2,341.98 for the replacement of the DVR and cameras, without any written explanation or justification. This situation is frankly unbelievable. The lack of urgency, transparency, and accountability from a company in the security industry is very troubling. Given this experience, we cannot recommend this service.

Completely Ineffective Help Desk

This is utterly ridiculous. When attempting to reach the help desk, they refuse to answer the phone. I cannot access my account information, which is completely unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars, I certainly would.

Terrible Company, Avoid at All Costs

This company is absolutely terrible; do not sign up with them. They make it nearly impossible to call for service and then complicate the cancellation process after your contract ends! How is this even allowed?

Horrible Service Experience

This company is truly awful. I called and was put on hold for hours, only to have the call drop. Do not sign a contract with them. Their representatives prioritize selling their systems for commission over providing service. I plan to leave them as soon as my contract is up.

Frustrating Customer Service Experience

The customer service I experienced was absolutely terrible and deeply frustrating. I attempted to cancel my service for months, reaching out via email and phone. Each time, I was promised a callback to complete the cancellation, but no one ever called me back. They ignored my requests and seemed to avoid processing my cancellation. Ultimately, I had to contact my bank to stop future payments because this company would not handle my request. A company that disregards customers and fails to take action is not trustworthy. I strongly advise others to reconsider before using their services.

Extremely Poor Customer Service

I encountered the worst customer service, paying for nothing in return. I called support and received no empathy or assistance. I was transferred to the technical team, which left me on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. My issue remains unresolved, making this a complete waste of time and money.

Disappointing Company Overall

Overall, this company is quite disappointing. My grandparents had a security system installed without my knowledge, and when they needed to move to a care home, the company insisted we were locked into the contract. It's unethical to keep an elderly couple bound to a contract for a system that will no longer be used. I strongly advise against choosing this company.

Exceptional Help from a Security Staff Member

I had a problem this morning; my friend and I got lost. A female security officer was incredibly helpful, arranging a taxi for us and staying until it arrived. She was friendly and made the experience enjoyable. More staff like her would greatly improve the service.

Frustrating Cancellation Process

I had a horrible experience trying to cancel my subscription while moving out of province. The representative insisted I was locked into a contract until 2027, despite explaining the termination clause. After back and forth, I was told I could cancel verbally, but when I checked the next day, my service had been canceled without notice.
