I have been trying to cancel my security system for over a year! I no longer even own the house, but they are still monitoring the system and sending me invoices. Below I pasted my first message to them a year ago about their cancellation process, and a year later its still not cancelled, even after following up many, many times over many months. attempting to cancel this system has been extremely frustrating. There is virtually no information on the Securitas website on how to cancel a residential account and then when I called, I went through at least four rounds of phone trees (none of which has option to cancel or speak with a customer service representative), was redirected to three different representatives, while on the various holds was disconnected three times. The process, which should have taken minutes, took over an hour and a half.
