Very helpful front desk staff

Very helpful front desk staff. They went out of the way to help us when we couldn't find the key to our storage unit. The storage unit in Bethesda is also very convenient to where we live in DC.

Excellent service and follow up

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience here. The team in Oside are excellent. Elie secured the hold for my unit right away when I called, Alec accommodated me in seeing the unit before move in and Nicole helped get me situated on move in day. They run a tight ship, which is my way/preference; well-managed process flow and follow-up. You won't find people hanging around the place like other lesser managed facilities, it's clean, well monitored and secure. The location is also perfect for where I need. Recommend!

Was able to rent my unit online and later visit the property to complete the necessary paperwork. Front office was super friendly and made move in super easy! This is the greatest experience I've ever had with a storage facility.
