I'm Owner/Office Manager of a private construction company in CO. We get calls from Clients wanting us to fix their railroad tracks. Normally the service is provided on a bid basis, sometimes we get calls for emergency work that are billed hourly. We aren't typical Home or Building Repair Contractor that Clients call in for Service Calls and scheduled. So I had to somewhat Customize my message taking with Securus asking them not to get too much into Service Calls, but only to get basic Caller info--name, phone, brief message. This seems to be going well. I only use Securs when Im unavail i office or miss calls. This part is going great. So far I believe they've gotten every call Ive missed, and this gives me peace of mind that Im not missing any calls which is the reason I signed up with Securus. My message from them get to me quickly and in both email and text which is convenient and useful. Ty.
