Started off well, was given a point of contact and a surveyor came out who was very informative but I never saw that report and clearly the builder didn’t either. They instructed cowboys to complete the work. Supposed to be a simple 2 week rebuild… dragged out for months over winter. Was told they would come back in the new year to tidy it up… now March, work unfinished and my account with Sedgwick has been closed??
