The website sold me a pair of frames that were broken. I had multiple conversations with them over half a year and they kept on not wanting to help me. They claim that the seller only sells brand new frames, but after a couple of months of use they were falling apart and it was very clear to see that they had been used and that they were broken. It took months for the website to respond to my emails and I had to call them multiple times before they answered. Even then it took months between answers. Now they have taken back the frames and they have 'fixed' the 'brand new' frames and they want to send them back to me. I use glasses daily and I was forced. to buy a new pair months ago because I couldn't use the frames they sold me. They keep not wanting to take responsibility and they refuse to refund me. It has been terrible communication from their side and the service is the absolute poorest I have ever experienced from a shop. Do not buy from them.
