🚩AVOID THIS SERVICE! Complete scam. They sent me damaged glasses and ignored every message I sent. After numerous emails with no reply over 1.5 months, I called their office in France - they promised to respond, but then vanished. Ultimately, I had to involve a payment service to retrieve my funds. Absurd! P.S. One star feels overly generous; I wish I could give zero stars.

I have attempted to contact them since I entered the wrong email address for my order. I emailed them (which bounced back), messaged them on WhatsApp, and reached out via Instagram, but have received no response. How can I get in touch with them?
Outstanding customer service and a great overall experience. I purchased a discontinued pair that I adored and couldn’t find anywhere else. They contacted me immediately regarding my prescription, and it arrived in perfect condition.
I have tried multiple times to reach them regarding my undelivered order but received no reply. I’m starting to suspect it might be a scam. I ordered and paid for sunglasses on 2025/01/06, and after three weeks, still no response to my emails or about delivery. Update: I received a response today (after posting this review!) stating my glasses are broken. However, I believe they should have replied sooner after 21 days and 3 emails. Now I await a resolution for the issue.
