I've had several severs shared and dedicated servers and haven't really had many issues with the hardware or network.The support staff, however, are generally unhelpful and provide the briefest of responses and fail to acknowledge issues with their own system e.g. bandwidth usage resting on the wrong day, apps not working and the support staff just saying 'It looks ok from here'. As shared servers don't provide root then this level of support isn't good enough.
