When you’ve bought a small compost bin from them and a replacement filter is $13 and you get hit with a $20 delivery charge (which takes 4-6 days to dispatch!) it makes you have buyer regret. A real shame they’ve made purchasing their products so prohibitive, they state plasticless delivery, however other stores manage to do this for much less than $20 and far quicker.
