I must say when I first interacted with Seel, I thought they might not be legit. However, after working directly with Jay S., Bianca G., and Precious, I can say that the people in this company are the best part about them. I filed a dispute for the wrong item being received in one part of the order and missing pieces in the other item. While there was a technical glitch initially in my processing my return through the original payment method, they did ultimately complete the refund process through another channel. I only gave 4/5 as I would love to see their internal processes improve so payment and requests could have been addressed faster, but overall they made good on their commitment and were professional and courteous in the process.
