Only refunded me less than half of what I paid. It's billed "worry-free returns." Not really true if you're worried about actually getting a refund for the item you purchased. I could have just re-sold the item on the platform I purchased it on and made more than what they gave me.

I must say when I first interacted with Seel, I thought they might not be legit. However, after working directly with Jay S., Bianca G., and Precious, I can say that the people in this company are the best part about them. I filed a dispute for the wrong item being received in one part of the order and missing pieces in the other item. While there was a technical glitch initially in my processing my return through the original payment method, they did ultimately complete the refund process through another channel. I only gave 4/5 as I would love to see their internal processes improve so payment and requests could have been addressed faster, but overall they made good on their commitment and were professional and courteous in the process.

Avoid this service for refunds!

I opted for the worry-free delivery/returns but have encountered numerous problems trying to obtain a refund for a poor-quality item I bought. They are unwilling to process my refund. DO NOT waste your time or money with this company. I will ensure that everyone is aware of their deceitful practices!

Continued dissatisfaction with the service

The experience remains terrible. They keep claiming that they have reissued the funds, yet nothing has happened. My bank has not received it again. This service is dishonest and is attempting to take my items while they are withholding my money.

Excellent product with a smooth process. If you have any concerns about your purchase or delivery, this is definitely the right choice. The service and shipping assurance were truly worth it. When I faced an issue with a package that didn't arrive, I reached out to the seller and the shipping provider, then submitted a claim with the service, which was incredibly straightforward and fast. My claim was approved almost immediately, and I had my refund within an hour.

The absence of human or phone support makes this service untrustworthy. Initially, I believed they were reliable, but I quickly realized they struggle significantly when a claim goes wrong. I experienced a lost order, and although a replacement was initiated, it was automatically canceled due to a mismatch in billing information. Despite my numerous emails, there was no response from the support team, nor did they communicate with the original seller. Ultimately, the seller had to step in to resolve the issue. Their only support channel is email, which goes unanswered. This caused a week-long delay for an important project. I strongly advise against using this service.
