Trash of a company. My chair arrived with a broken button, and the box had a cut from something on the side (most likely something hit it while in transit)
I sent them the images of the broken button and the box. They promised to contact me in 48 hours, but took them like a week to just reach out for me. Their system is highly stupid (you cant even upload photos, only if they respond you first).
Then they rejected my request, because somehow they miraculously depicted that the blunt damage on the box and the broken button has nothing to do with it, and in fact the company shipped the product damaged.
That's a scam, nothing else.
