Absolute shysters! Whoever gave these clowns a good rating must be on crack! I booked a ticket through them, (£52) then had £68 taken out of my account by Eventim (don't worry, they'll be copping for it too!) so I spent half an hour, as usual with these scumbag companies, who make getting in touch with 'Customer services' (there's a misnomer if ever there was one!) so belligerently difficult, trying to ascertain how to contact them. I sent them a screenshot from the bank account, one from these whoppers telling me that my charge was £52 (with the usual four rip-off add-ons that these type of 'Cambridge punts' seem to get away with) and asked for the £16 difference to be refunded. They told me to contact Eventim. I had the same trouble, trying to find out how to actually do so. By now, well over an hour has gone by. I get an email from Eventim; guess what? It told me to contact See Tickets! BOTH of them denying liability for the ticket itself. I swear to God, these ticket companies should be severely dealt with, and bands should take a page out of the Cure's book and refuse to deal with the horrible bank workers! It puts one off going to gigs!
