Scam you won't get your tickets

Back in October we bought 2 tickets to Boyzone, we still haven't received them 4 months later, and it doesn't take that long to transfer our tickets to the ticket app.
We have tried several times to get an answer from their customer service about when they will come, why they haven't come, we have also asked for our money back, now that they won't bother giving us the tickets.
All the times we have received an AI/standard/call center answer that we will probably get the tickets, but nothing about when, why it will take so long. So don't buy your tickets there.

The seat I wanted to book was not shown as unavailable in the seating plan. Several times I close a seat but after I came to pay I got the message the seat was no longer available. Usually already purchased seats are marked as unavailable (already sold) in the seating plan. But not on your Website unfortunately.

- The Ticketmaster.uk is not working in my country, I need to use an vpn or to arrive in UK to use the website!

Good ticket deals, but customer support lacks

I believe this service excels at providing tickets and often offers better deals compared to others. However, it's unfortunate that their customer support disappears right after the event, and if you encounter any issues, they won't guide you to the right place for assistance.

Concert Cancellation Disappointment

I purchased a ticket for a concert in Warsaw, but it was cancelled twice on short notice. I had to travel to Warsaw twice and incur hotel expenses. The service suggested I request a ticket refund, but the venue was closed. I am still waiting for the reimbursement for my ticket.

Struggling to Obtain a Refund Due to Illness

I have been attempting to obtain a refund since I fell ill on the day I was scheduled to go. I have heart issues and other health concerns. When I contacted customer service, they only informed me that I needed to complete a form. I expressed my difficulties with this, but I received no assistance. I tried to fill out the forms, yet there has been no response. I also had insurance for my ticket.
