I have been attempting to obtain a refund since I fell ill on the day I was scheduled to go. I have heart issues and other health concerns. When I contacted customer service, they only informed me that I needed to complete a form. I expressed my difficulties with this, but I received no assistance. I tried to fill out the forms, yet there has been no response. I also had insurance for my ticket.
