I opted for express shipping and documented everything due to concerns about bait and switch tactics during this busy season. After removing my old braids and hiring a stylist, I received an email requesting additional payment due to a pricing error, or the option to cancel. This attempt to change the price came after all the Black Friday deals had ended, leaving me in a difficult situation in December!
