I was referred by my stylist and placed an order for 30-inch double drawn human braiding hair in color 1B, and I completed the payment. I received a confirmation email and could see my order online. I opted for express shipping and documented everything due to concerns about bait and switch tactics during this busy season. After removing my old braids and hiring a stylist, I received an email requesting additional payment due to a pricing error, or the option to cancel. This attempt to change the price came after all the Black Friday deals had ended, leaving me in a difficult situation in December!

Black Friday Sale order not fulfilled

Ordered on November 22nd, still no update...

I placed my order on November 22nd and have yet to receive any shipping details. It was supposed to ship within 5-7 days, and despite multiple emails, I have not received a response. This company does not keep its promises and takes your money while holding your product. I have a salon appointment coming up and may need to reschedule. I'm really disappointed and regret not reading the reviews beforehand.
