I would give minus 100 stars and have them shut down if I could. WORST customer service I ever encountered. Just got off a call to the home insurance. Trying to pursue two valid claims. No one ever gets back to me so I have to call every week. The staff NEVER let you speak. They talk over you and then start shouting at you when you ask them to let you speak. The woman I dealt with was unprofessional and didn't refer to my claims by number and so made it confusing to get clarity on which claim she was talking about. She then said "the professional" would come. When I asked who "the professional" was, what was the goal of his visit and what the next steps would be - ie does he fix the problem while he's here, or does he have to make a report? If he makes a report, is there a waiting time for approval etc. I just wanted to know the SOP for this claim. The women became hysterical and started screaming at me that she "cannot predict the future"! The other week, when I had lost the will to live because I'd had to call them so many times, a friend called on my behalf. Again a different woman started talking over my friend. When my friend asked "Can you let me speak please!", the woman actually hung up on her! The staff at this company must have training on how to be the most rude, unhelpful and incompetent staff on the planet. They are so bad it's a talent!
