spent 18months trying to cancel health policies for my daughters who are no longer with us I call everyday someone is always going to call me back worst company ever no one will help you yes 18 months usually 2 hours a day on phone i have emailed facebooked filled in online forms sent recorded delivery ... still nothing is done keep away from these people they are awful
